I’ve been investing for more than 20 years, with a foundation in real estate and over a decade working at the intersection of finance, housing, and community development—including two terms as mayor.
Over that time, I’ve seen a consistent pattern: most private investment opportunities are far more complex than they appear, and the way they’re presented often obscures what actually matters.
